What the figures are

The prices on this website are statistics drawn from official sale records. They describe what homes sold for, not what a given home is worth today.

The estimate is a statistical range from sold prices. It is not a survey and it does not replace the opinion of an estate agent or a chartered surveyor who has seen the home. Do not rely on it alone to buy, sell, borrow or lend.

What we are not

We are not an estate agent. We do not market homes, we do not introduce buyers, we do not negotiate and we take no money from sellers.

Data and licences

The data comes from HM Land Registry, the Office for National Statistics and Ordnance Survey, under the Open Government Licence v3.0. The required attributions are at the bottom of every page. The texts, design and code of the website belong to us.

Our responsibility

We take care to publish correct figures, but the source data can contain errors or gaps. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the figures alone. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you live in the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the part of the UK where you live, and you can bring a claim in its courts.
