Privacy noticeWhat we collect and why

This notice explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. Last updated on 5 October 2026.

Who we are

This website is published by Hurogosa, Sebastien Deproot, trading as Immolytics, rue Denis-Georges Bayar 46/31, 5000 Namur, Belgium (company number BE 0787.224.383). We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can write to us at contact@immolytics.co.uk.

Our representative in the UK

We are appointing a representative in the UK under Article 27 of the UK GDPR. We will name them on this page as soon as they are appointed.

What we collect

You can use this website without giving us your name, email or phone number. There is no account and no contact form.

  • The estimate form. The postcode and details you type are sent to our server to work out your estimate, and appear in the address of the results page. We do not store them in our database. Our host keeps short-lived technical logs of the pages requested, for security, and deletes them automatically.
  • Emails. If you write to us, we keep your message and our reply for as long as needed to deal with it, and at most three years.

Audience measurement

We do not measure the audience of this website at the moment. If we start, we will describe it here and on the cookies page before it runs.

Who handles the data for us

  • Vercel Inc. hosts the website. Pages are built on its servers in Frankfurt and delivered through its worldwide network.
  • Supabase Inc. hosts our database of house prices in Frankfurt. It holds no personal data about visitors.

Sold prices and addresses

The latest sales on our pages come from the Price Paid Data of HM Land Registry, which is public. HM Land Registry states that this data is about properties, not about individuals. We show addresses only in the lists of latest sales, and we never use them to contact anyone. If you have a question about a sale shown on our pages, write to us at contact@immolytics.co.uk.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit its use. Write to us at contact@immolytics.co.uk and we will reply within one month.

To make a complaint about how we handle personal data, email contact@immolytics.co.uk with the word Complaint in the subject line. We acknowledge every complaint within 30 days and tell you what we will do.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
