We do not publish a price per square metre yet. A figure needs at least 20 sales matched to a floor area in the same area, and we are still building up those matches.

How we will calculate it
The price per square metre is the sale price divided by the floor area of the home. Sale records do not include the floor area, so we match each sale to the energy certificate of the same property, using its unique property reference only.
We publish the median price per square metre of an area once it has at least 20 matched sales. Until then, each page shows the median price of a whole home instead.
One square metre is 10.76 square feet. To turn a price per square metre into a price per square foot, divide it by 10.76.
